I understand that there are times in our lives when we feel challenged, stuck, lost, and need to reach out to someone. Reaching out for support can be the most challenging part of the therapeutic process.
I strive to support you in finding your strengths, working through your emotions, and providing compassion, validation and connection. I can support you with various concerns including relationship issues, emotional distress, anxiety, grief, trauma and can work with individuals, couples, and families. I use a client-centered model which meets you where you are emotionally, and we work collaboratively to find an approach that fits your needs. I offer an eclectic model of therapy that is based in attachment and integrates interventions from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I strive to create an emotionally safe, genuine & warm environment so that you can feel heard and understood. I look forward to connecting and walking alongside you in your journey towards a greater sense of self-love.
