Most of us struggle with the range of emotions that occur in response to life events. Sitting with the more challenging emotions like sadness or worry, often leads to suppressing or avoiding them. This may work in the short term but it’s not a lasting solution. People often choose therapy looking for relief and guidance.

I support my clients to be present with all emotions and understand how they connect to our actions or experiences. I really feel that I’m fortunate to be along side for the journey. There are many different theories I may draw from but change comes from my clients as they are the experts in their own lives. People develop a deeper understanding of themselves, more comfort in experiencing a range of emotions and they find ways that help them to cope with the many challenges of life.
