It’s 1RM BENCH PRESS DAY!!

FOCUS: 1RM Bench Press
*you will have 15-20mins to find your 1RM bench!
*sets should look like something like 8-6-5-5-4-3-3-2-2-1-1 and then keep going singles until you max out!
*try to beat your previous max by 5#’s and have a plan in place before starting on how you’re going to beat your old number!
*beginners do 5×5, adding weight each set
*as you get into your heavier sets of singles, rest 2mins bw

**do 20 banded pull-aparts between all sets

WOD:
5 RFT
10 T2B
10 S20H (135/95)
250m Row or 0:45 Bike

WOD NOTES:
– modify T2B with hanging knee raises or ab mat sit ups
– there is an 18:00 time cap!!
– think 80% effort today
– overall, T2B/S2OH should be capable of being done in 2 sets or less so choose your weight and modification accordingly
