*beginners work on technique at a light load for all sets
(b) Every 2:00 x 3
4 Back Squat @85% of your 1RM (heavier than last week)
*beginner: 8 reps @light weight, but heavier than last week!
– You guys will have time to warm up for part A and B. The above sets are ALL working sets.- This is the final week of this work. All sets should be heavy today/challenging!!
25 Power Cleans (115/75)
25 Bar Facing Burpees
25 HPC or Deadlift
– there is a 10min time cap!!
– this is a Benchmark workout that is going challenge you to work at a high effort to finish under the cap.
– these cleans must be light, likely a weight you can do big sets with.
