CrossFit Quickstart:

This program will get you familiar with the CrossFit movements required to join our regular classes. This Beginner Package includes 4-1hr sessions with one of our CrossFit Level 1 coaches. Classes available to suit your schedule.

Transformation Challenge:

The Transformation Challenge is a 6-week, proven plan that focuses on three phases: Exercise, Nutrition and Accountablility. Participants meet 3 times per week for six weeks in a group setting.

Personal Training / Nutrition Consulting:

CrossFit Mozomo also offers “one-on-one” personal training for both EXERCISE and NUTRITION. Each one of our trainers are certified and ready to help you get results. Email info@crossfitmozomo.com for further info and pricing.

Free Intro Class:

CrossFit Mozomo offers a free intro class to anyone that is new to CrossFit. You will need to call or email ahead of time and arrive a few minutes early to fill out a waiver.


CrossFit WOD:

These classes are for those that have successfully completed the CrossFit Quickstart training sessions.(Either Crossfit Quickstart or the 6-Week Transformation Challenge. The Workout of the Day (WOD) will be explained and demonstrated by your CrossFit trainer and scaled to suit each level of ability. These classes are open to all of those with a regular monthly or 10- pass membership.

CrossFit LITE:

This hour long class is for those looking to add a bit of weight training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and metabolic conditioning work to their regular routine and also those who like CrossFit, but want a less technical or skill based workout.

CrossFit Teens and Kids:

We currently offer CrossFit Teens three times a week and CrossFit Kids twice a week! The main focus is having FUN while getting FIT! The kids get a skill time, WOD time and game time!

TEENS: For kids ages 12-18. The focus is on improving overall strength while still working co-ordination, agility and speed.

KIDS: Mon & Wed 4:30-5:10PM – For kids ages 5-11. The focus is on FUN while enhancing physical activity as we go through all functional movements to prepare them for everyday life.




These 45min cardio blast workouts will change your body, clear your mind and bring out the best in you! We will help strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core, stamina AND your confidence with the use of pads, bags and your own bodyweight! Be prepared to sweat and have fun!

Barbell Republik:

Learn how to clean, jerk and snatch your way to improved strength and power while refining your form and technique. This Olympic lifting class is for everyone – beginners, intermediate and advanced.

These classes are lead by CrossFit Level II Coach and CrossFit Weightlifting Level II Coach, John Smeh. These classes are open to all of those with an UNLIMITED membership only. Class schedule varies per season.

Blue Mountain Weight Lifting Club:

The Blue Mountain Weightlifting Club is an OWA registered club operating out of CrossFit Mozomo by Ken and Jill Miller. The Club trains OWA members 10:30 daily. (Programs operate seasonally so call or email for information).

Birthday Parties:

Make your next Birthday Party a CrossFit Mozomo Birthday Party! Kids love to run, jump, lift, and climb and CrossFit Mozomo allows them to do ALL of this in a safe and structured environment, under the direct supervision of our coaches. They will have fun and get a little sweaty doing so!

The first hour includes a group warm up, fun skills, fitness challenges, obstacle courses, team relay’s, games, etc.

After that, it’s food, cake and present time! We will supply tables and seats and we also have a fridge to store food. The rest is up to you – bring any decorations, cake, refreshments, utensils, napkins, etc. We will help with the set up and do the entire clean up.

All kids will get a FREE pass to one of our CrossFit Kids classes and the birthday boy/girl gets a FREE t-shirt! Minimum age is 5 years. Maximum number of kids is 20.
